Sharedien Develop Platform - Terms of Use

§ 1 Content of the Sharedien Develop Platform

On the Digital Asset Managementsss Platform (DAM) provided by Sharedien Develop GmbH ("Sharedien Develop") (available at dam.sharediendevelop.com), Sharedien Develop provides digital media such as photos, images, graphics, logos, drawings, technical documentation, audio and video files, and texts ("digital media") related to its products, articles, and company for use as described below. These media are protected by copyright, trademark, design, and personality rights as well as other applicable laws. Sharedien Develop reserves the right to delete or change media on the DAM platform at any time. Deleted media may no longer be used. Before use, you must check whether the content is up-to-date, replaced, or removed.

§ 2 Access / Registration

The DAM platform can be accessed via dam.sharediendevelop.com. Use requires prior registration or guest access with credentials provided by Sharedien Develop. To register, contact marketing@sharedien.com. Personal data will be collected for authorization purposes and stored. True information must be provided during registration. A personal, non-generic email address is required. Costs may apply and are borne by the user or their company. Sharedien Quality Assurance reserves the right to revoke access or block the platform without notice. Users must keep their access credentials confidential.

§ 3 Scope of Use

Sharedien Quality Assurance grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and non-sublicensable right to use and distribute digital media for advertising purposes, such as newsletters, brochures, or product presentations in e-commerce systems. Forwarding to third parties is only allowed within this scope. Modification or redistribution requires prior written consent. Trade or resale is prohibited. Copyright notices (e.g., © Sharedien Quality Assurance GmbH) must be included. Media must not be used in a misleading, degrading, or unlawful context.

§ 4 Disclaimer of Liability

Sharedien Quality Assurance assumes no liability for correctness, completeness, or availability unless due to gross negligence or intent. Use is at your own risk. Users must ensure files are virus-free. Sharedien Quality Assurance is not liable for damages resulting from access or use unless due to gross negligence or intent.

§ 5 Indemnification

By using the DAM platform, you agree to indemnify Sharedien Quality Assurance against third-party claims arising from violations of these terms or third-party rights.

§ 6 Updates

Sharedien Develop may change these terms at any time without notice. Check regularly for updates.

§ 7 Data Protection

§ 8 Final Provisions

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
